Introduction to EPA registration

The full name of EPA is "United States Environmental Protection Agency", and its main mission is to protect humans and the natural environment. In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) of the United States, the common products regulated by the Act include sterilization, disinfection, insect repellent, and mosquito-killing products.

EPA registered product classification

Pesticide Product: Insecticide and sterilization products (chemical substances will be used) such as pesticides, herbicides, antibacterial agents, fungicides, insect attractants, disinfectants, disinfectants, nematicides, fumigants, fallen leaves Insecticides, plant growth regulators, rodenticides, algaecides, algaecides, molluscicides, water purifiers and other insecticides, sterilization and antibacterial chemicals containing active ingredients. In addition to the company number, the establishment number, the initial report and the annual report, the registration number (EPA Reg. No.) is also required.

Device: Ozone sterilizer, ultraviolet disinfection, UV water filter, UV air filter, UV mosquito lamp, ultrasonic insect repellent equipment, UV sterilizer, high frequency bird repellent, electronic mouse repellent, air sterilization and purification equipment, and Insect electrical appliances and other equipment that use physical functions to achieve disinfection and insecticide. 1. Online registration and login account, fill in company information

2. After passing the review, fill in the agent information and upload the application letter

3. Passed the audit to obtain the company number

4. Registered factory number

5. Submit the initial report within 30 days of the successful registration of the factory number

Precautions

· EPA registration must require a U.S. agent;

·After successful EPA registration, the production report shall be submitted on time every year. If the agent is valid, the EPA registration will be valid for a long time;

·A company can have multiple factories and can register multiple products at the same time;

·The initial report must be submitted within 30 days after the factory number is determined;

·The product label must be printed with the EPA factory number.
